Introduction

Managing ecosystems involves managing workgroup counterparties. The participant management feature within Shuttle provides an intuitive interface which allows you to manage and invite internal users to your organization and manage and invite external organizations to your workgroups.

Participant Management Console

To access participant management, navigate to the Participants tab in the menu bar.

Operators

An operator is an organization that creates a workgroup on behalf of its ecosystem. Shuttle support inviting participant organizations to up to two degrees of separation from the operator of a workgroup.

Participants in a workgroup, especially those two degrees of separation from the operator, may need SaaS-based infrastructure.
