Initial Setup via Shuttle

Preferred method for rapid, simplified onboarding

The PRVD Tenant onboarding to proUBC is easiest performed through Shuttle - Provide's low-code/no-code workflow designer

Sign up for an account at https://shuttle.provide.services. It's simple to create an account and your organization with an email address.

Account Creation

After creating the organization and vault, you'll create a workgroup. A workgroup works as logical boundary between 2+ companies that share some business process together.

Onboarding PRVD Tenant to SAP through Shuttle

Next - you can begin saving your PRVD tenant details to SAP and provide some initial details of your target PRVD Baseline workflow scenario

Acknowledge Vault terms of service

Enter your SAP system information

Select a domain model - default selection list of domain models refers to iDocs. (DDIC types to be supported in future release). ORDERS05 or INTERNAL_ORDER01 idoc types are recommended for your first configuration

Domain model / iDoc schema details will populate. Be sure to specify a primary key and click save.

You can add additional domain models if you like - otherwise select continue

Next - define the networks to be used for zero-knowledge proof propagation.

This is an optional step to introduce Provide Payments - Provide's fiat-to-crypto gateway service. For your first time using Shuttle for test use, you can skip this by selecting continue.

After Finish Onboarding is selected, you will be redirected to the Shuttle home screen. You can review the results in your SAP system. You are now ready from this point to begin creating your first baseline protocol workflow configuration! Go to Basic Baseline Protocol Workflow Configuration with Shuttle
