Windows deployments require Hyper-V support to allow for the running of Linux containers in a Windows environment. If running a VM server in Azure, AWS or GCP, the instance type must support Hyper-V virtualization.
The BPI consists of containerized microservices that run in conjunction using Docker. Different versions of Windows/Windows Server require different Docker versions, so instructions for Docker installation are included in OS-specific installation instructions.
